A proud alumnus of Melbourne High School and the University of Florida, Bruce W. Jacobus Jr. earned his Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 1996. Admitted to the Florida Bar that same year, he holds memberships in the Florida Justice Association and the Brevard County Bar Association. With over 18 years of dedicated practice in personal injury, worker’s compensation, wrongful death, and insurance disputes, Bruce is deeply rooted in advocating for his clients' rights. His commitment extends beyond the legal sphere; he, alongside his wife Tracy, a former Brevard County prosecutor, is actively involved in the community and cherishes family life with their four children.

A Brevard County local for over 39 years, John D. Fielding's educational journey took him through Gemini Elementary, Hoover Jr. High School, and Melbourne High School. Graduating from the University of Central Florida and later earning his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, John is a respected member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association, and the Association of American Trial Lawyers. His expertise spans Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and various insurance claims. As a Partner at Jacobus Fielding, Injury Attorneys, John brings forth a wealth of experience, driven by a passion for securing justice. Outside the legal realm, he finds joy in family life with his wife Megan and their two sons, Bryce and Grant.
Brandi Gaffney
PARALEGAL
Brandi started working at Jacobus Fielding in September, 2018. She specializes in Personal Injury cases, specifically automobile accidents, slip and falls, products liability and medical malpractice. Brandi previously worked for a Personal Injury law firm in Daytona Beach for 18 years prior to moving to Brevard County in 2008.
In her spare time, Brandi enjoys spending time with her two children, off-shore fishing and watching football. She also enjoys running and has participated in several local marathons and half-marathons.
Renee Jiannine
PARALEGAL
Renee has worked for the Jacobus Fielding firm since September 2005. She specializes in personal injury cases specifically in Motor Vehicle Accidents.
Renee graduated from Drake Business School where she received her diploma in Business Administration. Renee worked in a law firm for 11 years before joining the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office as a Corrections Officer. She missed the law scenery and returned to do paralegal work for John D. Fielding.
Renee Jiannine grew up in Bronx, NY and moved to Florida in July, 1990. She loves running and working out. When she’s not working, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband, dancing, arranging parties for and with friends, going to the movies, and watching her favorite TV shows.
Jennifer Paige
PARALEGAL
Jennifer graduated in 2002 with her Associates Degree in Legal Studies and in 2005 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Keiser University.
She completed Life Coach Certification course through the University of Central Florida in 2019 and
is a Certified Life Coach.
She was previously a Family Law paralegal for 17 years.
Jennifer is a former Navy brat traveling all over the world and United States Air Force veteran relocating here from San Antonio, Texas in October 2000.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dancing, watching movies, specifically horror movies, and trying out different restaurants.
