John D. Fielding has lived in the Brevard County area for over 45 years and attended Gemini Elementary, Hoover Jr.High School and Melbourne High School. Fielding received his undergraduate from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.

He is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Florida Justice Association, Association of American Trial Lawyers, and past president of the Young Lawyers Association of the Brevard County Bar.

Currently a Partner in the law firm of Jacobus Fielding, Injury Attorneys. Fielding practices in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and first party insurance claims, including PIP, property and homeowner’s insurance disputes. He is married to his wife, Megan, and has two sons Bryce and Grant.
